“Everybody was professional and nice and I was able to get someone the same day that I needed it, so that was nice. But the job itself I feel wasn’t fully completed for the price. The seats weren’t vacuumed much and there was still lots of gunk on the interior. And for the price of almost $300 it’s not quite what I expected. The detailer was extremely nice and professional I just feel the job was not completed. ”

“While the vehicle was cleaned, and Tony did come out a 2nd time the next day to try and rectify my concerns. I am still unsatisfied with the results. The detailed spilled something on the driver seat that is has now stained the seat. Additionally I have never had the rims as dirty as they are now due to the overspray of tire shine. And who waxes over bugs on the front of the vehicle? It has been a couple weeks and I have called 2 times to voice my concerns, to only be told that I “MUST” submit via the online review so I am doing so. Just now with the 2nd phone call I was told the same and told “ Sorry we could not help you out Damon” and the. I was hung up on. I now wish I had paid directly to your organization via credit card to dispute. However Tony at the time told me his card reader was broken and could I pay cash or check. Seems he knew what he was doing and just wanted the cash and I now have no recourse. Great business tactic on your part I suppose. ”

“Very nice gentleman. But didn’t clean inside of back window. Also did not get the bugs off the front end. Which is hard to do!! But for $250 I believe it should have been spotless. He did a great job on inside and he was here over 4 hrs. Again very nice guy and did work hard. Thx I will use him again but point out more what I expect needs to be done. ”
